General information

Website information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a guaranteed offer, vehicle condition report, customs ruling, insurance commitment or delivery promise.

Variable conditions

Vehicle availability, auction outcome, purchase price, fees, title status, repairability, shipping schedules, customs requirements and delivery arrangements may change. A service becomes confirmed only after the parties agree on the scope, responsibilities and applicable cost.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing vehicle, auction, title, customs and destination requirements before making a final decision. Nhyira will not knowingly support unlawful purchases, false declarations, prohibited cargo or misleading documentation.

Photographic evidence

Photographs may document a vehicle at a particular stage. They should not be interpreted as proof of repair, ownership transfer, shipment or final delivery unless the accompanying text expressly confirms that fact.
